Why does right click close LabVIEW?

Hello, I am running LabVIEW 8.0 on the NI PXI 1050 and everytime I right click the mouse the program completly shuts down.  The system has been up and running for about 1 month and then today I installed a PXI 6704 analog output and started having the problem.  I need some advice on this problem.
Thanks.

Hi Jmc006,

Another user reported a similar problem to yours on this thread:

I believe the solution is to remove LabVIEW and ensure that all its registry keys are also removed, followed by reinstalling it.

Hello Jmc006,

Look at this link -

This talks about exactly the same issue and how it was fixed.

Abhishek

I once had this problem and it turned out to be a corrupt dir.mnu file in the user.lib directory.  Before you remove and re-install Labview, try deleting the dir.mnu file in both user.lib and vi.lib.  Then restart Labview, it will build these files from scratch.  If this don't work, then remove and re-install Labview.
