The Seconds to Date/time function reverts to 12/31/1903, since UTC is false.  Set the boolean to TRUE (UTC)

Are you in US Eastern Time?  This looks like an offset due to time zone (EST is -5 hours).  Setting the UTC constant to TRUE will fix that.

Yes EST, and changing the constant to "true" did fixt the issue.
