No. Doesn't looks like it works. Or not up to my requirement. Thanks for your valuable reply. Expecting more ideas and solutions from everybody.

This works exactly like you requested:

"When Boolean ON, scroll bar should move automatically.

When Boolean OFF, scroll bar should not move automatically."

Please update your requirement.

 

EDIT: To be clear. The above code prevents the Text Box from scrolling... not the scroll bar from scrolling. I assume that is what you where after. Seems pointless to have the scroll bar stationary on an ever expanding text box.
