Hi,

this document covers installation issues similar to yours. I suggest you try the listed solutions, in particular using the offline installer (if you have used so far the online installer, i.e. the 5 MB file that requires an internet connection to download all the necessary packages).

Have you tried also the other steps in the Solution section of the document above?

If so, I ask you to send in attachment the NI Package Manager error logs as described in this other document.

thank you so much for supporting me.

thanks to another operator too  i finally solved my problem.

we unchecked some driver installers and we updated all softwers in ni package manager and finally it worked.
