can we generate MATLAB DLL without wrapper C to use it in LAbVIEW

Can we generate the DLL using MATLAB to use it in LABVIEW without using wrapper C ,since i dont want software people to be involved every time when i generate new DLL, so please tell me is there any possible way to generate DLL without wrapper C.
