catch event when digital signal DAQ input has falling edge

Thank you for answering me, I checked back as you said. but it still doesn't work. I provide a square pulse with a frequency of 500mHz (very small). I input AI0 for a DC 5V signal to read.

did you connect that pulse signal with PFI0 pin?

Can you connect with DIO0 in parallel and check for correct pulse signal here?

I have checked many times, I have connected to PFI0 and trigger signal, I use both oscilloscope to check.
