change front panel background

Hi

I just learned how to change my front panel background. But for some reason the second time I tried it, there is no change. I have attached a screenshot. It just gives me a dotted line.

I can change the color of the front panel. But I am trying to put images but its not working.

This is the background I did first but now for some reason I can't seem to make any changes.

Please attach screenshots as .png files rather than images embedded in the proprietary word format.

Unfortunately, with just some screenshots, and no VI to play with, and no details on exactly what you are trying to do and how you are trying to do it, there is no way we can help you.

this the vi I was working on. I just want o change the back ground to clouds. That is there in the properties.

Here it is with clouds.  I had no problem changing it.

Were you right clicking on the scrollbar and picking properties?

Yes. But its not letting me do it. Even after the background being changed to clouds. I can change it back to anything else.

Do you actually mean you "CAN'T change it back to anything else?"  Please be clear.

How did you get the original VI to have that black glare of a background?

I 'm sorry I meant 'CAN'T'. I was able to do it like two or three days back. I thought of changing it back today to lighter background. But it wouldn't let me and I tried on a new VI but nothing happened.
