changing the x axis

Hi, i dragged my signal from signal viewer into microsoft excel and i was given the above data.

i need to find a way of converting the x-data from freq to range.

i have the formulae to do it - but i have not a clue on where to start.

Can someone PLEASE HELP me, ive been stuck on this for nearly 2 weeks now, i need to know how to change the x-axis on the graph i have.

i have tried doing so much stuff, such as adding new steps etc...

at the moment its in frequency(Hz), but i need it to be range.. i have the forumula to do it.... but i just dont know how to.

please help!
