connect LV dsc to rslinx

I'm working on a program  Using RSLinx OPC Server" . I successfully did the "Confguring an Allen Bradley PLC in RSLinx" and "Conecting Server Explorer to RSLinx",and installed the DSC model in Labview, however, when I try to Connecting the LabVIEW DSC Module to RSLinx, i find that when I follow the steps as follows

1. Start LabVIEW 8.2 and open a new project.
2. Make a new library called IOServer.lvlib (doesn't really matter what the name is)
3. Right Mouse Button (RMB) on the library and create a New:I/O Server

I can not find I/O server option after I RMB

I really want to figure out why did it happen? and is there somethig wrong with my LV DSC model?

The only other thing I can think of is to try rebooting your computer... Some times labview needs a good old reboot to start working again. If that doesn't fix it I would try un-installing DSC (from add/remove software) and reinstall it. I've run across a lot of problems with the DSC (as I use it almost daily with my clients) but haven't heard of this one yet.

 I have fixed the problem, as I found that the reason why I fail to find the I/O server was that the chinese version of labview 8.2 installed has conflicts with the english version of DSC 8.2. After I reinstalled english version of labview 8.2, everything works well!!
