controlling PLZ334WL with GPIB

Hi! LabVIEWerssss, hoping some of you lovely folk could help me out. I'm doing some work and I need to control the PLZ334WL electronic load KIKUSUI, but it is not that easy than I think. I have alreay succeed in controlling Tektronix PS2521G power supply with GPIB cable. When I scan the device in MAX, my computer could scan PS2521G, but the computer doesn't even seem to recognize the PLZ334WL, and when I open the Instrument I/O Assistant, it doesn't appear on my list of Instruments available. I installed every VI that is required to controll this device and drivers(NI-VISA 5.1.2, IVI Compliance Package 4.4). Any suggestions? PLZ HELP ME~

Is this instrument a SCPI instrument?  Can you see it with the Vendors software? 

I wouldn't try LabVIEW till I could see it in MAX.

Are there some settings on the instrument to put it in "GPIB" communication ( I am assuming it is GPIB).
