So my answer was not answering your question. Conversion of an Instrument Driver from LabWindows/CVI to LabVIEW  link might be what you are looking for. Your also have a second choice: you actually can use the LabVIEW Interface Generator for LabWindows/CVI Instrument Drivers (as mentionned in the first link I provided you with) available on ni.com but that is recommended to people already having an expertise on instrument drivers
