costumizing controls?

Hello....

I just started using LabVIEW last week, and i like it.

But I'm going to make a process control for a brewery on my university, where can i get the valves, the pumps and the tanks for the Front Panel?

Hi Carsten,

e.g. if you want to display a customized tank:

- place the tank indicator
- if you want no scale disable it => right mouse => scale => style
- in the menu "visible" item you can choose what is  . . . . visible 😉

- for customize select advanced => customize
  now select the "open ended slugging wench" in the upper left and your in the customizing screen
  you can import new images from the clipboard by using the right mouse (just play around with the tool)

Hello

If you want additional valves, pumps and tanks you could see if you have the LabVIEW DSC add-on at your university. In the DSC add-on there is an image navigator which includes a lot of different controls for industrial use. DSC stands for Datalogging and Supervisory Control.

Also look at the example "Control Mixer Process.vi" in the LabVIEW Examples (in LabVIEW), using a search word of "customizing". It has some simple valve, pump and tanks.
