daqmx device not showing up

Before upgrading to Labview 8.6 from 8.5, I had a DAQmx device (USB-6008).  After upgrading, the device no longer shows up in MAX under NI-DAQmx Devices, but instead shows up under USB devices.  How do I get it back under NI-DAQmx Devices?

Thank you for posting on the NI Forums. When you upgraded from LabVIEW 8.5 to 8.6 did you reinstall the drivers? If you do not reinstall the drivers or at least modify those drivers to install support for the latest version of LabVIEW. Could you tell me what version of the DAQmx driver you have, you might just be better off upgrading your driver to the latest version of the driver 8.9 found here.  Let me know if that does not work.
