Have you run the test panels in MAX and can you acquire a signal there on multiple channesl? I don't see any place in this program where the board is configured so you should also make sure that it is configured correctly in MAX. For example, the card cannot be setup for differential measurements since you need all 16 channels. If you can get the card to work in MAX with the test panels, I would suggest you then try the shipping example of the same name. You have more direct control of the channel list there.
