delay in launching exe

i have created exe and installer in labview 11. I installed it in win 7 pc, and the software is working fine.. But initially when i starts the program, exe is taking some delay to launch.. it is taking aroung 90 seconds..

Sounds like a firewall issue, unplug network and compare times.

Does this happen all the time?

For instance at my PC at home, starting software esp. from the "Start" menu makes the PC doing..... something, which takes up to more than a minute. This does not happen all the time, but seems to be connected to user rights ("normal" launch vs. "Run as Admin").

Can you try launching the exe via Start menu vs. Desktop link?

firewall is disabled in the pc.. and if i disconnect also same thing is happening..

See in task manager whether it starts immediately or not? During developement of project it was behaving same way?

same issue is coming..

taskmanager is showing the exe is not responding for those 90 seconds.. after that it works correctly..

90 sec is too much. What you are doing in VI start up?
