Try going under Tools>Profile>Performance and Memory on the front panel. This gives you info about the main level and sub VI's.

No, that won't help. I need to know where the program hangs up without running it in highlight mode. I guess I could but error vi's every where I suspect something might happen but I was looking for something simpler.
