dll not found after installing

Hello
I do have the problem that after I installed a new application I get the error message (see attachment) that one dll (ps3000.dll) can not be found although this dll exists in the \data folder. It seems that LV opens the right folder
for the browse function but does not get the file. Do I set a wrong option in the installer setup or..?

In the application builder setup this dll-file is included in the source file and I get this message only on a installation on a new PC.

thanks

Will you please give  a screenshot of your code where you have that pathname control.

Thanks,

Mathan

Hi
here is a screenshot from the code where I am using the dll. For example the "open unit" on the left side. As you can see there is no path specified.

Hi Norick_17,

i don´t know the ps3000.dll, but could it be that there is a dll missing which will be called from the ps3000.dll?

Mike
