The "Plan" as last I heard was do defer hiring until January,
BUT,
I did hear the president say something like "Well, we are just going to have to hire more engineers!" earlier this week.

All of our engineers and consultants are hired by our president who is a Pysicist (like me) and was the very first Certified LabVIEW Instructor outside of NI. He says that by doing all of the interviewing himself, he can ensure the quality of our product.

What process do we have go through to get the CDL certification.
Looks as though that is a added bonus in searching jobs.

CLD is not only a bonus, it is a requirement. All of our new hires have either required this certification or employment has been contigent on this cetrification.

NI adiministers this program. You take a test.

NI's web-site has info on requirements.
