drag & drop into LabVIEW

Hi,

(Maybe, old version of both LV and Windows), I remembered some drag & drop operation into LabVIEW's path control for simplicity from like Windows-explorer.

In my current version (LV 2012 & Win 7), the operation could not be applied and I need to navigate all folders to locate the file.

Do you know how to release the blocking?

Are you talking about Dragging a file and Droping into the Path control to get the path of the file? If yes, it works for me with no issue. What is the issue you are facing?

I have Windows 7 x64 with LabVIEW 2012 32 bit and I can drag and drop a file from explorer to a path control, or constant.
