driving piezoelement with sin voltage

hi so I've tried using the example provided to drive the piezo actuator with a AC voltage. It doesnt work so I looked back through the other given examples and found a 'set output voltage' node so i now want to try and use this along with the sine waveform vi. obviously i need to sample the wave somehow, but without an internal clock (as in DAQ) I'm unsure how to do this.

you need to keep an eye on coercion dots!

(Remove the coercion dot by generating the sine signal sample by sample…)
