file datalog type conflict

Hello,

I have some difficulties on Labview which I dont arrive to solve.

I have created a vi which permits to read data in a ".rdt " file. Butt I have the code error 71 " File datalog type conflict"...

I dont know how I have to do....

Can you please repost the Vi saved for LV 7.1 or a screenshot of it ?

I think there should not be any file dialog conflict under normal circumstances. Can you test whether you are able to read it after removing its extension ?

That error is telling you that the format of the file doesn't match what you're telling it is the format of the file. Are you sure about the format of the file? How was the file created? Do you have another VI that created it? If the file was created from another application can you see what the application says is the format of the file?
