file sharing violation with Ni OPC Server

Hello to all,

I no experience with this particular program and need assistance.  I encountered an error while accessing the  NI OPC server program, the error is as follows: "unable to open project file: A sharing violation occurred while accessing C:\Program Files\APPLET\etc..."  I also found this eror message, see attached, that I believe is related.  I realize that is not much to go on but any assistance on troubleshooting this would be great.  Thanks.

Hello Amstedrail,

I see on the screenshot you provided that you have a Citadel Event ID 5123 error. As this other forum thread shows, this might be an error with Citadel not having permissions to write to a database folder. This is in case you are using LabVIEW DSC.
