first Quick Drop run changes my windows' z-order (win7)

I'm using LV2009 sp1 on windows 7, 2 different machines. The first time I call up quick drop after starting or restarting labview, it rearranges the z-order of all my windows (might just be all my labview windows).  Anyone know why, if/how I can fix it, and does it also happen in 2010?

I am running Windows 7 32-bit with LabVIEW 2009 SP1, and Quick Drop does not affect the windows open on my machine. Is your Quick Drop configured to load at launch? Could post a screenshot of the before and after?
