flashing a microcontroller through CAN

Is there a way to accomplish this on TI C2000 32 bit microcontroller and LabVIEW DSP module?

It's not clear from the link whether flashing even the supported boards through CAN is possible. Does this mean the answer is no?

If the DSP module is not the right tool, are there third party tools available that cna do this?

I am not sure what you were referring to by 'flashing a microcontroller through CAN'. There is no specific add-on that we have for NI-CAN to work with microcontrollers. I may be able to help you further if you could elaborate on what exactly you are trying to do.
