hamamatsu Orca Flash 4.0 v3 issue

Hello, I am using Hamamatsu Orca Flash 4.0 v3 camera together with PXIe 1435 frame grabber.

Camera uses 10 tap configuration. Since the camera is not officially supported by NI, I had to create my own Camera file. Since this was the first time i was doing something like that and I have 0 experience with cameras I was more or less just looking at camera files for other cameras and trying to figure out what does attributes in camera file means (since that stuff is no where explained). I will attach my camera file here so I'll be glad if someone looks at it and give some feedback. The problem I am dealing with may or may not be caused by bad camera file.

The problem is this: When I take a snap in NI MAX the picture is bad - not usable, but when I set zoom to 0.5 the picture is suddenly fine.

So I am not sure is the problem in camera - frame grabber compatibility, camera file or something else.

Any help is welcome.

Cheers!

Did you try to open the file in NI Camera File Generator?

I have no experience with it, but it might help.

I tired opening it with NI Camera File Generator and behavior is the same as in NI MAX - 1x zoom results in bad picture, 0.5x zoom results in good picture.

Any change to contact manufacturer?

They should have an interest in this, and hopefully knowledge too.

It can be hard though to get them interested, or even to get in contact.
