how to adapt a single temperature data acquisition system to a 80-channel system?

Hi everybody,

I am presently working on a single channel temperature data acquisition system using a thermocouple, AD595, USB-6008 and LABILE. The questions how can I adapt this to a 80 -channel system i.e. 80 thermocouples to sense different temperature.

Any idea will be appreciated.

Skip the Ni-6009 and use a multiplexing system such as a Kiethley 2700 DMM and 2 x 7702 40 channel Multiplexing cards.

thanks for your response. can i connect 2 [7702] and 1 [7700] to the 2700 DMM if i want to make 100 channels?
