how to measure analog signal?

i want to measure the signal from thermocouple periodically and want to save into the measurement file. what should be the approach?

i am using pci 6014 card.

You should simply open the DAQmx example VIs in the example finder and study them.

This way you learn how to measure voltages and to save measurement data to files…
