how to read pulse from digital square wave

i have find some examples on how to measure frequency and pulse. I have difficulties in changing the ctr to port/line (I/O). Can teach me how can i modify to fit my application?

Using counter Only You Can Able To Measure The Frequency And Digital Events directly
. So Select The Counter 1 and connect the signal to the appropriate terminal.

hi, i have manage to get the flow rate and total volume individually. However, error occurs when i try to run both programme together.

May i know how can i solve it ? For the above vi, i connected the output wire to pin 16 and 14.

      i think you must use DAQmx clear v.......which can be find by ...MeasurementI/O>>DAQmx Assistant>>DAQmx clear..

does the two loop run fine when placed different from each other..that is in different vi.?

Hi Lim,

    I think you are calling the same DAQmx task in the both the loops. block one while loop and execute the single while loop and check you getting the same error and do vice versa.
