how to remove a number from a list controlling a table

that's right,and what are you suggesting me to do

instead of me;what would you do to give one unique number to each user,the moment  a user used this number ,it gets deleted from the numbers proposed to other users and clients

with numbers it's possible ,but a combo box i don't know.

if anyone could help me
