image sharpening highlight

need some help for Labview image sharpening and highligh. For my fyp . the aim for this is blood vein dtection. Thx.

Can you please share an image of the vein with us.

It'll help us to figure out which algo/vi is appropriate for it.

Also can u mark which object(s) need to be highlighted in the image. (you can do this using paint by drawing rectangles).
