Yes, showed the hidden packages in NIPM. Nothing seemed to relate to the RabbitMQ or Erlang.
I was able to resolve the issue by completely uninstalling LabVIEW from that computer. It will be living in a VM from here on out.
At the level of complexity of the NI software, it would seem that a custom operating system might be a better user experience and not all that much work. Linux, FreeBSD have been around for a while and they are 100% open source. Imagine having closer to Real-Time interrupt latency on modern hardware! Instead of scraping by with 10 ms jittery Windows loops we could be counting microseconds per core. Further the install would be faster. It can live as a VM or machine install. Then it could be hosted in the cloud and up within seconds for users as needed. Imagine that! 😃
