labview 8:PDA issues

Hi everybody,
Is it just me or are there problems with the numeric inputs and the waveform charts?
Example:
When I change the default range on a DBL  to lets say 11 minmum 40 max and i set the default value for the numeric input to 28.0, when i run the VI it shows the minimum value instead of the default value? Also, the digital display on the waveform chart is not displayed when asked to do so.  I want to make sure it isn't only me so i can debug my VI. thanks everyone.

LabVIEW PDA application does not support displaying digital display of a waveform chart.

I created a numeric control with the same data range and it displayed the correct default value.

Can you try building the attached VI?

ah pardon me, I made  a mistake. doh! I had created a cluster of dbl inputs and i had set the wrong initial value.
