Well, Windows 11 isn't officially supported, so rolling back to Windows 10 might help...

Running Windows 10 in a VM might be more practical.

You could try to run LabVIEW.exe in a backwards compatibility mode. Not sure if that's available in Windows 11. Haven't used it yet...
