I am trying to build an executable using Labview 8.6, full development system and Vision 8.6. The executable won't build, giving me this message:

Possible reason(s):
LabVIEW: Cannot save a bad VI without its block diagram.
The vi referenced with the 'an error occured while saving the following file' message is one of the main subvi's in my program. It (and my program) run fine on my computer (i.e. no broken arrow).
I have successfully built executables for an earlier version of this code. Changes since then include adding some vision system image creation and acquisition vis, and switching my license and all of my code to a new computer.
I have checked the NI license manager and there are green boxes (indicating an activated license I assume) next to:
-Labview 8.6 Full Development system with Mathscript
-Application Builder for LabVIEW Base/Full/Student
-Vision Acquisition Software
-NI Vision Assistant
-NI Vision Run-Time
-NI Vision
Any help would be appreciated.
