I need to restart my Labview DSC Engine everytime to get updated data, and Quality in Server Explorer is communication failure only for analog input data.

Check the Update Deadband oof your Tags. Make sure your data is changing by this amount. Or, for troubleshooting purposes, make the Update Deadband zero and see if you get the data.

Thanks for your answer. I did what you have told me, but the problem still remain. And why the Quality in Server Explorer for particular OPC Server shown COMMUNICATION FAILURE? How to changed the Quality to VALUE GOOD?

Well, a Quality of 'Communication Failure' means there's a problem with your OPC Server communicating with your device. This implies that this is NOT a client (ServerExplorer, DSC) issue. But an OPC Server issue.

Try to make sure you are communicating with your device and the OPC Server. There may be some utility in the Server which allows you to check and fix this.

I see, for your info, I have no communication problem with other data e.g digital input for that OPC and also from other OPCs that already created used the same way. Can you advise me how to check all this thing. Anyway I'll try to check by myself.
