Yes you can. Create the htm files for both the VIs and then merge them into one. I'm not an expert on html so there may be a better way but I just took the section from the line that starts with "var obj" to the line that starts with "</OBJECT" and pasted it into the first file before the "</TD>" line and I got both VIs on the web page.
