Try setting up your sample clock before starting your read task.  This is how you can setup the sample rate (and therefore get a dt).

how to up sample clock? i had "number of samples" and "timeouts" and some things!

i know about Timing VI, but i mean how about somes thinks

"samples of channel" = ?

"samples of mode" = ?

rate =?

and somethings?

The mode should be continuous.  The rate is how many samples per second to take.  You can leave everything else unwired.

I try to used QAQmx Timing with rate, sample mode, samples per channel with difference value in many time! But i never got result, i did not know what did i wrong?
