putting date into waveform graph

Hi,

I am reading from a csv file with date, time and data. Plot them into a XY graph. When I concatenate the date with time, the concatenate string display correctly. But the time stamp and x-axis on the xygraph shows different year. Have tried many ways but none is working. Can someone give me a hand? 🙂

Read the help for the format codes, especially the help for "time formatting codes"!

%y is something different than %Y…

After I change the "time format codes", the graph shows correctly. Thanks.
