I'm going to give you basically the same answer I gave you
here. A VI without a block diagram cannot be converted to a newer version since it's "source code" is missing and there is no way to retrieve the block diagram once it's been deleted. The VI without a block diagram must have been part of some add-on from NI or a thir party or they were developed internally by someone who then did a save without block diagrams. Obviously the llbs with the VIs exist somewhere on your system but you didn't include them in your attachment. Your only hope is to determine the source of these VIs and hope that there's an u
pdate available. See if there's anything in the documentation of the VIs that will tell you where they came from. Post the llbs that contain the diagramless VIs and maybe someone will recognize them.
