Hello,

I have several Problems setting up a can communication with Sb Rio 9606.

1.) When I want to create a FPGA Projekt in LabView, select Single-board Rio Embedded System and then Discover existing system. It cannot find it

When I give the Ip. (read from MAX) the program crashes.

2.) Do I need a FPGA Project or can I just use a Real Time Project?

Hey fani88,

can you post further information on your system setting, Software Versions ect?

The Max Report-tool is a nice way to do this:

As I unterstood so far, you tried to enter the IP adress under "Discover existing system", and when pressing "Next", Labview crashes.
Try to "Create new system" and go that way. Does the crash still occur?

You dont neet to create a FPGA Project oder Real Time Project, but at one point you have to set up your configuration, and those wizards help you to configure your project.

I tryed the "Discover existing system"way and It worked. Still dont know why the other way it crashed.
