setup Graph-view-scrolling to keep within data borders

I've searched in the properties of the graph to keep it from
scrolling outside the aviable data but found none, is there some?

What exactly do you mean by that?  Do you want all of the data collected to be shown on the graph at all times?  Or what other scroll feature are you looking to access?
