shared variables

when i plot my shared variables on the front panel, all indicators are green, but it does not run, any ideas

You need to provide a few more details than that.  What do you mean by "it does not run"?  When you say "plot my shared variables on the front panel", do you mean you have them bound to controls or indicators?

Where is the shared variable library deployed to?  Is this a PC or some other system like a RT PXI or a compact fieldpoint?

its a pc, i am using labview 8.6, its a collage project,

Is it a collage as in an assortment of different things put together?  Or a college project as in a project you do while in college?  I would hope a college student would know how to spell that word.

You still haven't explained what you mean by it doesn't run.  Perhaps you can post a simplified project (lvproj file, shared variable, vi) that demonstrates the problem so we can look at it.
