In the subject, you talk about 20Hz but in the body of the post you talks about 30Hz. What is it?

You also take about only one picture. Do you want to hide/show the picture with a certain frequency?

30Hz is similar is faster than a tpyical movie frame rate, so if it is just one picture, it will look pretty stationary.

A typical monitor refresh rate is 60Hz.

excuse me. 20 or 30 has not difference, it is imprtant that frequency is user select.

When play back with Windows Media Play (ActiveX), you can set the frame rate.
