signal express voltage scaling problem

Hello:

 I am using Signal Express with a USB-6009.  The attached sensor is a flow meter 0-5VDC output, scaled 0-5V to 0-500SLPM.

When running the software with no scaling, there are no problems. When using custom scaling, whether linear or map ranges I get flatlined readings at about 1 V output or 100 SLPM scaled output. 

Any suggestions?    Thanks!
