sup panel vertical text chart displayed wrong

Hello,

I have an application in which I use a sub panel to display other VIs.
When I open VIs with charts, the vertical text of the y-axis is often displayed wrong (black bar). This happens not always but pretty often. The Error is also corrected when LabVIEW has to redraw the panel for example after minimizing the panel. When I open the VI in normal mode (not in sub panel), the error never occurs.
I attached two screenshots. One shows the correct display, one the error.

I would be very thankful for help.

This is a known issue that R&D is currently working on. I believe that this is related to having transparent rotated text. A workaround is to paint the text that is blacked out a background color (like the color of the graph that it is on). I believe that will alleviate the problem.
