Hi Kalyan,

press Ctrl-T after opening the VI... AFAIK there is no default setting for this behaviour (and I wouldn't use nor want it...).

Best regards,

Obviously that will not be usefull when you are doing a big code... Maximize it and use it...Smiley Happy

O.K Thanks. I have one more query.

I have user defined VI in my folder. I would like to see in "Search Palettes". How to do that?

Is there any shortcut key to toggle "Search Palettes"?.

Hi Kals,

put those "user defined VIs" in your user.lib...

Hi Kals,

you may add also llbs to the user.lib. I wouldn't stay away from adding folders to the vi.lib, it's the "LabVIEW-internal" function library!

Try Ctrl-Space to search for functions :smiley-wink:

Hi Kal,

as said before: add your folder to the user.lib! Read the text in the options-> palette tab on how to do that!

Why use Search Palettes, when there is QuickDrop available?

Best regards,
GerdW
