two ximea cameras can't been seen by LabVIEW

We are trying to run two Ximea USB3 cameras, but cannot get LabVIEW or NI MAX to see them both at once.  Is it because we are using a USB3 splitter (only one port on the 9GB RAM machine)?  Or an IMAQ issue?

Hi,

You should try to look around here. Maybe you can find some reusable VIs for your project.

Thanks,

I'm assuming LV 2013 and the August driver release?

Hi Andrew,

It seems that full support for USB3 has only recently been added:

The article explains how to get things working. Let me know if this helps.

Thanks Chris, helpful.

I take it I will need to upgrade to get going.

Any idea if I can upgrade only my Vision software but keep LV2011 going?
