unable to detect a running application web service

I truy to create a project with Web service, but when i run application don't have available server ( I use labview 2013).

Hi sukichan,

If you go to Task Manager on the Services tab, you will find the NI Web Application Server.  Does it say that the status of the server is stopped?  If so, try right clicking and select Start Service.  The service should then run correctly.
