upgrade sw on crio

Hi,

I wrote a SW in LV 2009 and I deployed it on a cRIO for one customer of mine. Now I upgrade the some SW in LV 2010 but I have to send it to my customer. How can I do?

You should save your project to be compatible with a previous version.

Go FILE / Save for previous version... I've attached a printscreen so it will be easier !

Hello Fabio,

You won't be able to compile and deploy the Real-Time project in order to have you cRIO (LabVIEW 2009) run the application from the LabVIEW 2010. You should provide for an additional Development System with LabVIEW 2009 so you can fully support your customer with LabVIEW 2009.
