Did you mean:

use irig for waveform t0

I would like an IRIG timestamp to be part of the time information (t0) in the waveform data type that I get from my data acquistion.  Is there a more efficient way of doing this other than the VI I've enclosed?

How about changing T0 of each waveform instead of adding an attribute?

okay.  Is there a way I can sync the IRIG time from my timing card to the timer on the DAQ card?  Then I wouldn't have to be replacing t0 at every DAQmx Read.

Can you give us some more information about your particular hardware setup?

Thanks

The timestamp is not obtained from the DAQ card. The DAQmx driver gets the timestamp from the OS. Can you update the windows date/time from the irig card? That is probably the best you can do without going to NI-Sync hardware/software.
